Submission Terms

We reserve the right not to feature any car. We also, reserve the right to remove any car from the gallery at any time, with no prior warning or notification. We will try to notify you, but reserve the right not to. By submitting photographs of your car to us, you give us your permission to:

A) Post any and/or all of them to the gallery; or
B) To use in on-line or print promotions with no compensation or notification.

You also swear that these pictures are not under any copyright restrictions and that you are the orginal or current owner of said pictures.

You give us your permission to edit the car's history (that you provided) to fit the space allotted. You also, swear that the history you have given us is factual to the best of your knowledge.

We will put you on our in-house only mailing list (See Privacy Policy for details) for our monthly newsletter. This is an opt-in list and you may opt-out at any time. Directions to un-subscribe are included at the bottom of every newsletter. We do request that you stay on this list to allow us to keep you informed of updates, new features and special offers that may become available to our visitors.
